The Diabetes Initiative is a program funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and administered by a National Program Office (NPO), housed in the Division of Health Behavior Research at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis ("University"), Missouri. By using our website (diabetesinitiative.org), you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use diabetesinitiative.org. When we refer to ourselves as "we," "us," "our" and similar terms we mean the Diabetes Initiative National Program Office housed at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.
