This 232-page curriculum was developed by the Campesinos Sin Fronteras community-based diabetes program in Somerton, AZ. The Campesinos program and this curriculum place major emphasis on the family unit as the center point for addressing diabetes self management among people with diabetes in the population of Latinos served.
