The Collaborative Learning Network: An Approach to Maximizing Program Effectiveness
This report presents the approach to providing technical assistance to grantees of the Diabetes Initiative. The report describes the collaboration and synergy among grantees, program staff and advisors that led to program evolution and improvement.
